About this blog

Effective solutions for some of the US’s most pressing issues at home and internationally, we believe, will come from multiple sources, often beyond those that are readily available to us.

As Mark Twain put it;

“If you don’t read the newspaper you are uninformed; if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed.”

Innovation comes from collaboration, and we continue to meet incredible, committed and wise people from all walks of life during our work and adventures around the world. We want to share their efforts and their inimitable knowledge with a wider audience, bring fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions.

This blog examines  U.S. foreign and domestic policy using multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural perspectives, as well as with good humor. We aim to contribute to a well-informed debate, serve as a resource to policy-makers, and facilitate discussion amongst colleagues.
